Get the best price for materials & organise labour faster with RFQs

RFQs allow you to connect with multiple suppliers or subcontractors for each job.

Send a list of what you need, labour, materials -or both- to multiple suppliers or contractors to get the best price possible. Once they have returned their quotes, update the price and generate a purchase or work order instantly.

We've refreshed the Task Labour, Materials, and Expenses pages of AroFlo Field

Our latest revamp in AroFlo Field is a major one: we've improved the look of the Task Labour, Materials, and Expense pages.

Simply tap the green plus button on the relevant screen to add a Labour entry, material items, or expenses.

Online Invoices let your clients access invoices instantly with one link that lets them view and pay invoices through AroFlo’s external invoice viewer.

This is available in the Quotes list for Quotes in any status.

Quickly and easily download your files

You can now quickly and easily download all files from a Quote, task, Asset, Invoice or Project using the Download Documents & Photos button.
